Our Sunset Cliffs location offers the most dramatic views. Hovering 400’ above the ocean, your picnic features jagged coastlines and endless ocean views. This waterfront location is the best seat in the house. We like to hike our picnic gear into one of several quiet spots tucked away from crowds. This means more of a minimalist setup to soak up the views and enjoy a serene atmosphere that is sure to impress.

La Jolla is considered the "the jewel" of San Diego. Distinguished by its rugged coastline, powerful surf, and abundant wildlife, Cuvier Park is a gem among many in this picturesque village. Your picnic is set up on grass 75’ above the ocean with dramatic ocean views. During low tide, staggering tidepools of otherworldy rock structures become visible along the beach, steps away from your picnic. Our Cuvier Park spot is located on the southern edge of La Jolla Cove: Home to a flourishing habitat of wild seals, sealions, and seabirds. A great location that you can make an afternoon or even a day of, Cuvier Park requires securing a day-use permit with atleast 10 days’ notice.

Our iconic Coronado Beach location is tucked away in the dunes, a quiet escape from the busier sections of the beach. Ideal for relaxing, our premium Tent setup provides ample shade to soak up the scenery. Coronado features mica-rich sands that reflect golden hues, and the surrounding dunes make your picnic feel more private. Our Coronado Beach location is especially popular for romantic dates, proposal picnics, small weddings, and family gatherings. On the horizon you’ll see the Coronado Islands, to the northwest the Point Loma peninsula, and South is the Hotel Del Coronado with the San Ysidro Mountains in the backdrop.

We hike the gear down 140 steps to the beach, be prepared to take the mini-trek down these steps and relax on the sand. Popular for romantic dates.

Mission Bay, Pacific Beach / Mission Beach, San Diego
Mission Bay is the perfect destination for a beach picnic in San Diego. The water is calm and serene, and we find spots that are on the quieter side with a beautiful view. Enjoy your luxury picnic with beach games, soak up the sand and water, relax, and have the perfect beach date. We also have sand toys for kids making this an amazing family beach picnic as well. The water at Mission Bay is considerably warmer and calmer than the ocean, so it is perfect for kids and anyone who wants to get their feet wet or take a dip during their picnic!
Kate Sessions Park, North Pacific Beach, San Diego
Kate Sessions is a locals favorite park, with its panoramic views overlooking Pacific Beach, Mission Bay, with distant views of the downtown skyline and Point Loma. This is our most dog-friendly location, with many local pups frequenting this beautiful park.
