Our Classic Picnics are designed to awe and inspire.

We elegantly capture the theme of your occasion to host the best picnic experience for your party. Your picnic includes the full set up with your choice of menu option and a custom chalkboard message. We have numerous tents, umbrellas, seating arrangements, pillow colors, and specialty glassware for you to choose among. We bring our creativity and carefully curated gear to the table, help with the permitting process, and take care of clean up. All you have to do is show up ready to unwind & connect.

Picnics are typically scheduled for 1.5 hour in duration, but we are happy to accomodate custom time requests of up to 3 hours for no additional charge.

We integrate the stylings of our classic picnics into larger-scaled formats for gatherings with bigger parties. We can host up to 30 guests in the Boho picnic format with plush rug and pillow seating and custom-built boho tables. We can host an additional 40 guests with traditional seating of folding tables and chairs. We are happy to incorporate hybrid setups upon request. Furthermore, we are happy to build more boho tables and scale out our setup upon request, for anyone seeking boho picnic setups for larger gatherings.

Luxury picnics are foremost unique for the exquisite location offers available. Always “the best seat in the house, ” each locations offers special details for picture-perfect picnics that are also affordable. Picnics are a more intimate alternative to a traditional venue, with inspiring scenery and fresh air. Learn more about our locations here. We are also happy to add other customizations based on your occasion. Some of our most celebrated classic picnic experiences are: Bachelorette Picnics, Girls Trip Picnics, Family Gathering Picnics, Birthday Picnics, and Girls Brunch Date, Anniversary Gatherings, Baby Showers and Bridal Showers, Team Building Picnics & Corporate Events.

We have five menu options available at all times on our website: Brunch, Charcuterie, Mediterranean, Tropical, and Fruit & Dessert. These are intended to be picnic snacks.

We also offer catering upon request. Our catering menu includes a range of Mediterannean options including Green Salads, Grain Salads, Sandwhiches, Lemon Chicken, Grapeleaves, an authenic Bolognese sauce with freshly made pasta, and a house-made Pesto Ravioli. Additionally, for anyone who wants their event to be catered by a third party, we are happy to set up a buffet station with chafing dishes or arrange outsourced food items on our servingware to accomodate your vision.

  • We have enough gear to host parties of up to 30 guests with boho seating. We also have the gear to host up to 40 guests with traditional folding tables and chairs. If a larger party is requested, let us know and we would be happy to look into further expansion for your event.

  • Yes! We want to ensure this day is special and we are happy to accomodate special food requests. The basic menu items are classic picnic foods, but if you have a particular vision we are happy to try to bring it to life. Furthermore - we take food allergies and dietary restrictions seriously and will accomodate any dietary needs.

  • We are happy to incorporate special decorations, color palattes, and other decor ideas when possible. Our picnic gear includes many color options: pinks, blues, aqua, neutrals, white, lilac, green, scarlet and burgandy are among colors we can provide. One decorative disclaimer is that the city of San Diego has a ban on balloons at beach locations. For luxury picnics set up at private properties, we have more freedom with decorative options.
